A coach is two machines traveling together
Class A, Class C, Super C, fifth wheel or travel trailer, it is the same problem. The chassis underneath and the house on top. Not a queue and not a form receipt. Our office goes over it with a tech, tells you whether it is a shop job, and when we can take it.

You get a written estimate
Before any work starts. We need to see the vehicle to price it, because a number given over the phone rests on a description and descriptions miss things. If we find something else once it is open, we call before we touch it.

Do you work on my brand of RV?
Yes. Class A, Class C, Super C, fifth wheels and travel trailers, any make and any age, in or out of warranty.
Do you still do regular car and truck service?
Yes. Three of our seven bays are sized for cars and light trucks, and the same crew works both sides. Brakes, oil, diagnostics, diesel and 4x4, and Nevada VIN inspections.
Do I need an appointment?
For anything beyond a parts-store visit, yes. Call 775-782-1958 and we will tell you the soonest realistic date rather than book you and hold your rig.
Can you tell me what it will cost?
Not until we see it. A price given over the phone rests on how the problem gets described, and a description can miss something without anybody meaning it to, so the number moves later and nobody is happy about it. Call 775-782-1958 and we will book a look. You get a written estimate before any work starts.
Can you do both engine and interior work?
That is the point of the shop. Chassis and house systems are both handled here by the same crew, so a coach that needs brakes and a furnace gets both done on one visit.
How long will my RV be here?
It depends on parts. We will tell you what we know when we give you the estimate, and we will call you if it changes.
