RV Supplies and Parts Counter
There is a walk-in parts counter on site, which almost nowhere else in the valley has. The small thing that ruins a weekend does not also have to cost you a trip over the hill to Carson City or Reno. If we do not have it we will order it, and we can ship it.

What it usually turns out to be
You do not need a diagnosis to call. Describe what it is doing and we will tell you whether it is a shop job.
You know what broke, but not what the part is called
Bring the old one. That is the fastest route by a distance, and it is why a counter beats a search box: half the fittings on a coach look identical and thread differently. If the part cannot come off the rig, a photograph with something for scale next to it usually does it.
The vent cover shattered and the rig is in the driveway with a hole in the roof
Vent covers go brittle in the sun and this is one of the most common walk-ins there is. Bring the size or the broken piece. It is worth replacing the gasket at the same time, because the two age together and you are already up there.
The part you need is not made any more
Ask before you give up on it. We fabricate and modify parts, which is unusual, and an obsolete fitting on an older coach is often a thing we can make rather than a thing you have to find. Bring the original or what is left of it.
You want to do the job yourself and want the right product, not the popular one
Tell us what the roof or the plumbing is actually made of. Sealant in particular is not interchangeable: the wrong one on the wrong membrane is worse than leaving it alone. We would rather spend two minutes on that than sell you the tube nearest the till.

- Shipping on request
What we do not do here
- The counter is open to walk-ins whether or not we are doing the work on your rig. Buying a part here does not commit you to anything, and asking a question at the counter is not a sales appointment.
- We are not publishing a list of the brands on the shelf. Stock changes, and a brand list on a website is a promise about today that was written a year ago. Call and ask what we have if a specific line matters to you.
- This page is parts. If what you actually need is the work done, the service pages cover that, and the two are separate on purpose. Plenty of people come in for a part and never need us for anything else.
- We are not a mail-order operation. We ship on request as a courtesy to people who have dealt with us, not as a storefront.
Before you call, have this handy
None of it is required. It just gets you a real answer on the first call instead of the second.
The old part, if you can get it off
Worth more than any description. Thread, taper and fitting size are the things that go wrong when a part is ordered from a name alone.
The coach maker, year and model
Coach makers buy their components in, so the appliance or fitting in your rig may be a brand that appears nowhere on the outside of it. The coach details get us to the component.
What you already tried
Especially if a part did not fit. It tells us which direction to go in and stops us handing you the same thing twice.
Questions
Questions we get asked
Do I have to be a service customer to buy parts?
No. The counter is open to anyone, and a good number of people who use it have never had us touch their rig. That is the point of having one.
What if you do not have it?
We order it. Tell us when you actually need it by, because that changes what we do: there is usually more than one way to get a part and they are not all the same speed or the same price.
Can you ship it to me?
On request, yes. It is a courtesy rather than a storefront, so call and talk to us rather than expecting a checkout.
The part I need is discontinued. Is that the end of it?
Not necessarily, and this is the question most worth asking here. We fabricate and modify parts, so an obsolete fitting is often something we can make. Bring the original or a good photograph of it.
Are you open Saturdays?
Saturday mornings, 8:00 to 12:00, which is when most people actually discover they need something. Weekday hours are 8:00 to 5:00.
Can you tell me which part I need?
That is most of what the counter does. Bring the broken one, or the coach, or a photograph, and describe what it was doing. Nobody expects you to know the catalog number.
Talk to someone who works on these
Call the shop and we will tell you the soonest realistic date rather than book you and hold your rig. Mon-Fri 8:00 - 5:00, Saturday 8:00 - 12:00.
