02 / Where we fit

Mobile service is the right call for plenty of jobs. This is the other list.

Mobile techs are good on the living side of a coach, and several of them say on their own websites that chassis and drivetrain is where they stop. Past that line the job needs a floor under it, a bay your coach actually fits in, and somewhere it can sit while a part ships. That is the work we take, and we take the fridge and the plumbing too, so nobody gets towed between two shops.

Not a knock on mobile techs, they are the right call for a fridge in your driveway. The difference shows up when the job needs a floor under it, both trades at once, or a week of waiting on a part.

What happens next

Three steps, no mystery

  1. 01

    Call or send the form

Tell us the coach, the year, and what it is doing. If you are not sure, describe the symptom, that is enough to start.

  2. 02

A real person calls you back

Not a queue and not a form receipt. Someone who works on RVs tells you whether it is a shop job, what it likely costs, and when we can take it.

  3. 03

    You get a written estimate

Before any work starts. If we find something else once it is open, we call before we touch it.

They found a roof leak two other places missed, and the estimate did not move.

Class A owner, Minden

Called me back the same morning and told me straight it was a two-week wait on the part.

Parts counter had the sealant on the shelf. Saved me a trip to Reno.

Questions

Before you call

Do you work on my brand of RV?

Yes. We service Class A, Class C, fifth wheels and travel trailers of any make and any age, in or out of warranty.

Do I need an appointment?

For anything beyond a parts-counter visit, yes. Call and we will tell you the soonest realistic date rather than book you and hold your coach.

Can you do both engine and interior work?

That is the point of the shop. Most RV problems are either mechanical or residential, and most outfits do one. We do both, so you are not towed between two shops.

How long will my RV be here?

It depends on parts. We will tell you what we know when we give you the estimate, and we will call you if it changes.
